SHIPPING

We use a flat rate fee. QC-ON=$15, NL,NU,YK= $25, NB,NS,PEI,MB,SK= $18, AB,BC=$20. It will go either Fed Ex Ground, UPS, Purolator, Canada post or Canpar. If you have questions about shipping please Email info@s1helmets.ca. Most of the time, the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS : You can return a product within 60 days as long as it has not been used. Just email info@s1helmets.ca and let us know what the problem is or why you would like to return the product. If it is a sizing issue for a helmet and you have already tried all of the other sizing liners in the box we may be able to simply send you the correct sizing liner and save you some money on shipping the helmet back to us. Make sure to ask for an RA#. We will email you back with an RA# and then you just send the helmet to the address below. (you pay for shipping and we suggest you get a tracking # so you can track the package). When we receive the helmet we will refund you the amount of the original purchase minest the original shipping charges.

WARRANTY : All products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturer’s defects. This only applies to the original owner and must be accompanied by a sales receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. If you feel your helmet has a manufacturer defect you should email info@s1helmets.ca with pictures and an explanation of what is wrong. We will reply to your email with a WA#. When you have the WA# send the helmet to the address below. If the helmet has a manufacturer defect we will send you a new helmet. If the helmet does not have a manufacturer defect you will need to pay the shipping for us to return the helmet to you.
